Job Description

Your Career

The Sales Support Specialist fulfills a variety of key sales support functions to help ensure revenue attainment. This role is based in Plano, Texas, and will report to the Sales Operations, Business Manager.

Sales Support Specialists assist Sales in all regions. They will engage with their teams via team meetings and through 1-1 email/phone requests to ensure awareness of initiatives and provide accurate and timely quoting and sales support to ensure bookable orders and revenue attainment.

Each request for assistance from a Major Account Manager is prioritized for completion on the basis of revenue acquisition, customer relationship building and other forms of determining timing requirements.

Your Impact

  • All Product quoting
  • Order tracking
  • Internal processes and procedure research
  • Asset Verification
  • Deal registration review
  • Provide excellent customer service while following up on order status, purchase order corrections or issues, etc.
  • Willingness to work extended hours depending on month-end or quarter-end workload
  • Possible differentiated shifts available to accommodate global deal registration flow
  • Direct interaction with channel partners, customers, sales professionals, channel selling team and sales operation
  • Additional responsibilities assigned as needed

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proven critical thinking abilities
  • Detailed oriented and possess excellent time management discipline
  • Proficiency with G Suite products
  • Be able to cultivate relationships with key procurement personnel at distributors or direct resellers
  • Experience in CRM system preferred (Salesforce.com highly preferred)

The Team

Our sales operation team members support our sales account managers and systems engineers to assist in large organization’s migrations to more cybersecurity. Sales operations work behind the scenes to make sure that our sales relationships run smoothly, enabling and empowering the teams across the world.

You support the sales team by providing research, and craft and support systems and processes that enable the process of sales. It’s a true partnership, one built on building the best cybersecurity solutions for each individual client.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $55,700/yr to $90,100/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
