What does your job look like?   

The role of the  Product Owner is a strategic and business- oriented role focused on delivering solutions to customer and market needs. This rol oversees the development of products from the start to finish to ensure they meet the client's needs and preferences. The main duties include following the overall product vision of the company, managing various backlog items and deciding which features each product will have according to internal and external client's preferences. 

Main Responsabilities 

• Collaborating with prospective users and internal and external clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requeriments. 
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements. 
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development 
• Developing user stories and the corresponding acceptance criteria. 
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process. 

What you need to succeed on this rol 

• Scrum framework knowledge. 
• Solid knowledge in software development life cycle. 
• Knowledge and experience working with financial digital products. 
• User stories creation and split techniques. 
• Understanding the Customer. 
• Product Development. 
• Requirements Analysis.

• Competitive Analysis 
• Financial Planning and Strategy. 
• Languages: Advanced English and Spanish.
