IT Support Specialist

PandaDoc is looking for a friendly, customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join its international IT team. This role will support their growing employee user base in Poland and the US.

Skills

Strong troubleshooting skills in macOS and Windows
Ability to diagnose and repair office equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues
Investigate common user problems and create solutions
Create training materials and document troubleshooting steps
Respond to assigned tickets and escalate issues when necessary
Collaborate on technology projects and initiatives
