This position collaborates with all levels of management globally.Your role will encompass :Data Analysis & Design : Integrate and analyze complex data from diverse sources to fuel data-driven metrics and insights.Spearhead the development, maintenance, and improvement of tools and systems, including Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics, and more.Take the lead in managing data requirements for key business areas like SIP, CRM, POS, and Named Accounts.Strategic Partnership : Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and recommend strategies for success.Drive cross-functional projects, leveraging both internal and external resources, to achieve organizational goals.Deliver compelling analytical reports and contribute ideas for process enhancements.Continuous Growth : Invest in personal development through formal training and self-directed learning initiatives.Actively seek opportunities to expand your expertise and stay abreast of industry trends through conferences and user groups.Be a part of a team that boasts high employee satisfaction, retention, and development in a supportive, collaborative environment!What You Will Bring• Required Degree : Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in quantitative field (economics, mathematics, hard sciences, statistics, data analytics).• Required Experience : 1-4 years relevant experience.• Strong knowledge of numerical analysis and reporting including compiling, calculating, and analyzing numbers.• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PowerQuery, Power automate).• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and reporting software (Business Objects is preferred).• Experience supporting and interacting with a diverse commercial team.• Ability to work with all levels of the organization and effectively present topics.• Experience developing dashboards, preferably with PowerBI or Tableau.What We Can Offer You• Competitive Total Rewards Program with health and financial benefits• Generous vacation, sick days, holidays, and a volunteer day• 401K match and profit sharing• Multiple healthcare options• Parental leave• Growth and development opportunitiesJoin us in building a sustainable and connected world.
