Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Panopto is looking for an Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and manage the execution of email communications from ideation and creation of content to audience segmentation and execution. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and manage numerous automated email flows, sending targeted emails, including drips and nurtures, and analyzing email performance data to determine success and areas... for optimization. The primary goal for the Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be to deliver an amazing email experience that guides different personas through the buyer's journey and helps deliver qualified leads to the sales team. About the Role: As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing email outreach campaigns to prospective customers with a focus on engaging and converting inbound leads and platform users into qualified leads for the sales team. You will consistently monitor and report on results and continually optimize our emails to ensure our email programs are meeting goals. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Demand Generation and work closely with the rest of the marketing team and the marketing operations team. You will also: Own email programs and campaigns (including automated onboarding programs that advance leads through the buyer's journey) end-to-end from planning and ideation to build, deployment, tracking, reporting, analysis, and optimization. Develop, own and manage an email communication calendar. Work closely with our demand generation team to plan, design and execute email marketing tests to uncover opportunities for driving increased campaign engagement and conversion. Conduct ongoing A/B optimization tests of all areas of the email program (subject lines, copy, frequency, time of day/week, etc.) and communicate the results of these tests through regular and ad hoc reporting. Manage email service provider tools, sender reputation, email lists, and our email contact database. Work closely with other members of the demand generation and product marketing teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with demand generation programs and product launch roadmaps. About You: You're excited about owning email as a marketing channel that educates prospects and helps them move through the buyer's journey to become qualified leads for the sales team. You are both creative and analytical and love coming up with clever email subject lines as much as you love digging in to understand email marketing performance. You don't have to check all the boxes, but these are some of the skills and experiences we think are important for this role: Experience with B2B email marketing and lead nurturing is required. Hands-on marketing automation experience, and ability to build email marketing campaigns and workflows within Marketo or similar platform is required. Expertise building dynamic, highly-targeted email campaigns, including writing emails tailored to distinct B2B buyer personas and leveraging relevant content in collaboration with a content development team. Understanding of privacy laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and other U.S. and international email compliance regulations. Proven track record of driving demand through targeted campaigns and nurture programs. Hands-on experience building new email templates in Jeto a plus. Working knowledge of Outreach and Salesforce is a plus. About Panopto: We believe that video can have a transformative effect on learning. Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification Brand Marketing & Management, Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
