Systems Administrator

Paperless Parts is looking for a highly motivated System Support Administrator with a technical background in cloud-based applications and MacOS to join their fast-scaling company revolutionizing the manufacturing industry.

Skills

Experience with Mac OS and Google Workspace
Strong understanding of SaaS and Zero Trust environments
Customer service skills and experience with Slack and Okta
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Assist with provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of IT systems hardware/software and related tools and infrastructure.
Provide technical support to end users for computer applications, system issues, password resets, and basic networking issues.
Maintain inventory documentation, assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees, and provide hardware vendor warranty support.
Implement security and privacy requirements, maintain CIS benchmarking and other security/compliance requirements.
Participate in incident response, contingency planning, and recovery activities.
