Position Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PAR Hardware - Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the administration of hardware products across our business systems to include Salesforce, Dynamics FO and Shopify. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective product management.

What We’re Looking For:
· Familiarity with ERP systems. PAR uses Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FO), a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that helps our business manage product costs and selling prices, finances, supply chain, and operations.
· Attention to detail to ensure 100% data accuracy.
· Ability to work under pressure when meeting deadlines for business demands.
· Work with minimal supervision after training is completed.
· Work cross-functionally with other PAR teams.
Additional skills:
· Ability to use Microsoft Suite such as Outlook and Excel. Ability to use Microsoft PowerBI for ad hoc reporting.
· Interest in using new AI Tools as they come to market.
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
· Primary work environment will be Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FO). Manage and update product data, costs and pricing. Lifecycle state (from New product to End Of Life).
· Shopify eCommerce: new products and updates. Co-ordinate photography of products.
· Salesforce: ability to query the system for correct data to match FO.
· Release of new products: Ensure all data is completed to enable sales of new products across our systems.
· Disposition of Existing Products and Product Updates: Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to update product data, system states and inventory handling.
· Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams on end-of-life products, replacements, and new releases.
· Collaboration with Purchasing & Demand Planning Teams For related product forecasts and inventory handling. Accurate product cost price management.
· Engineering Change Control Board: Attend weekly CCB meetings. Work with Engineering on product changes and releases into FO.
· Product Data Management: Set all necessary fields in all systems for product changes and new releases.
· Project Work: Participate in ongoing projects aimed at reducing overall active SKUs by 25% per year.
· Profitability Analysis: Check SKUs for profitability.
· Sales Support: Assist with price quotes and general enquiries from the sales team.
