Position Description:
The Sr. Director of Sales – Hardware and Subscriptions is responsible for all aspects of hardware sales and processes and will lead a highly talented and versatile sales team. This role is a key member of the management team and collaborates closely with PAR executive leadership, customers, product and project management, and other internal functions to achieve and exceed hardware sales goals. This individual will be a player-coach, managing the sales pipeline while also mentoring and leading the Account Management team and sales support function.

What We’re Looking For:
Requirements:
Proven sales leadership track record, with consistent quota achievement in enterprise software/hardware sales
Process-oriented and hands-on sales manager
Demonstrated history of scaling sales organizations
10+ years of experience in hardware sales with a strong grasp of subscription sales models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Experience selling into QSR, Fast Casual, or hospitality verticals required
Strong ability to sell into both IT and executive leadership in F1000 enterprises
Proven success in negotiating complex contracts
Bachelor’s Degree required
Additional skills:
Knowledge of POS systems, ISVs, and Drive-Thru technologies is a major plus
Experience selling to QSR, Fast Casual, and Table Service brands is highly desirable
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
Manage the full hardware and subscriptions sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools for reporting and forecasting
Lead the sales team in best practices, pipeline management, and value selling
Serve as a player-coach and direct manager of Account Managers
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to maximize customer value and profitability
Develop and present tailored value propositions and proposals
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with key decision-makers
Represent PAR at industry events and maintain a deep understanding of market trends
