Skills

2-3 years experience as System Administrator or similar role
Knowledge of key systems like ZenDesk, Gainsight, Hubspot
Experience with data integrations and tools like Retool, Zapier
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL, HTML, and Javascript
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Vetting, implementing, and maintaining software systems
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
Ensuring system security and user access management
Managing data integrations between systems
Collaborating with IT professionals to resolve technical issues
