🎯 Your main goal will be to oversee the entire product life cycle, vision, strategy, design and roadmap, with your main focus being on the user journey.
In other words : you get things done, well, on time, and outstandingly!

You will be playing a pivotal role in making Paradox play at that level, and producing products done with such an obsession and care, that we’ll win the hearts of millions…
You ensure the products provide a seamless customer experience and you help us reach the international market.

To do so, here are your responsibilities :
Craft the overall product vision & strategy to create innovative and impactful programs in alignment with Paradox’s goals,
Manage the entire product lifecycle while ensuring that learning design aligns with the vision & educational goals.
Identify market opportunities, customer needs and emerging trends with the objective of setting long term product goals to drive product innovation & differentiation.
Create and lead the phygital experience initiatives to provide a seamless and engaging journey for our leads, our customers and our alumni, enhancing their satisfaction by addressing their needs,
Be accountable for creating intuitive, engaging and effective learning material while continuously improving the user experience.
Implement new educational methodologies and technologies to enhance learning outcomes & product offering,
Overseeing the development of the tech platform for users ensuring that it is user-friendly, scalable, and secure,
Stay up to date with the latest educational trends and define the unique value propositions of the product that resonate with the target audience,
Introduce innovation in automation, digitalisation and machine systems.
Define KPIs and OKRs to evaluate product success & impact,
Continuously monitor product performance, gather data-driven insights, and make data-informed decisions for improvements,
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing philosophy for product management, experience design & product engineering teams,
Influence the other departments to ensure product initiatives are well-integrated into Paradox business strategy.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and performance to internal & external stakeholders.
Manage the product development budget & allocate resources effectively,
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
You have at least 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role with an expertise in product management ideally in both B2C and B2B/B2B2C,
You have a solid track-record in Ed tech, Edu-tainment, content platform, digital media or education, digital agency or any related sectors,
You have lived (and ideally led) a company transformation. You are ready to scale and grow Paradox,
You have a taste for operations & execution,
You have tech appetency and are able to understand, lead, give the vision and interact with tech teams,
You are data driven with a strong Analytical mind: you base your choices on a precise analysis of the data, and on the feedback of your users.
Strategic thinker, Strong leader, Visionary: you can drive product excellence and growth in a fast-paced, competitive market.
User focused : ability to understand user needs to ensure seamless experience
Analytical Mind : you challenge your assumptions, able to quickly identify and formulate problems, and support your analysis with data
Problem Solver and Creative : You know how to bring new ideas to problems, and think outside the box.

Real appetency for UX and UI design - Strong sensitivity to the user experience
