A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Collaborate with members of the legal team to assist attorneys and senior claims paralegal with tasks as they arise (e.g., prepare first drafts of correspondence and other materials, manage claim-opening and claim-closing processes, procure reports and relevant documents from project teams).

Maintain files with claim information and developments to ensure data is current and accurate.

Prepare confidential claim summaries.

Perform research tasks (e.g., case-tracking and public records diligence).

Coordinate and attend claims team meetings to review open matters and initiatives.

Assist with responses to liens, third-party subpoenas, and discovery requests.

Assist with preparation of training materials.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-10 years of related experience.

Paralegal or other college degree program, with litigation, real estate, construction or transactional training or experience.

Flexibility and willingness to collaborate with others to accomplish tasks.

Must be organized and detail-oriented.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience with NetDocs, CounselLink, and Procore a plus.
