Skills

Ability to read blueprints
Experience with CMMS systems
Proficient in using test meters and diagnostic equipment

Responsibilities

Ensure all safety standards are met
Operate, install, and maintain building components
Analyze and repair equipment problems
Perform preventive maintenance tasks
Contribute to the Facilities Maintenance Department

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of maintenance vocational/technical school or apprenticeship program
