Manager, Cultivation

Parallel is seeking a Manager, Cultivation to oversee all aspects of the greenhouse from Clone to Harvest. This role involves maintaining compliance, managing grow operations, coordinating with other departments, and contributing to plant health and wellness.

Skills

Leadership in commercial greenhouse or indoor growing environments
Knowledge of advanced greenhouse systems
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in greenhouse grow environment

Responsibilities

Maintaining compliance with cultivation activities
Managing all grow operation tasks
Overseeing recruitment and employee relations
Collaborating with other department managers
Implementing effective systems and routines for plant health
Supporting production and labor teams

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture/Agriculture Sciences (preferred)
