Head of People Operations and Business Partnerships
ParetoHealth is seeking an experienced Director of People Operations and Business Partnerships to lead and align people strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and business partnerships.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with HR analytics and HRIS systems
- Leadership and team development
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations management including policy development, payroll, and benefits administration
- Act as a key HR business partner to department heads and senior leaders
- Lead talent management strategies and partnership with Talent Acquisition
- Design and execute performance management systems
- Foster employee relations and engagement
- Provide leadership and team development within HR operations
- Utilize HR metrics for decision-making and reporting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or HR certification preferred
