The Opportunity:

Rhinehart Oil is hiring for Branch Manager for our Salt Lake City facility! 

Rhinehart Oil is owned and operated by Parkland Corporation. Parkland is a leading international fuel supplier, convenience store operator, and community enabler, serving diverse customers across 26 countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all safety training, safety meetings, WPO’s, and Hazard ID’s.   Ensure all safety and security issues are entered into Cority in accordance with Parkland policy and procedures.   All incidents immediately to your supervisor.
  • Manager is expected to set priorities and meet deadlines.   Employee is responsible for planning and carrying out assignments, resolving conflicts that arise, informing and coordinating with others as expected.   Manager is accountable for ensuring the technical accuracy of their work and maintaining good working relations, both internal and external to Parkland USA.  
  • Provide superior customer service including resolving those customers complaints and inquiries which fall within operational control in a timely manner and communicate outcomes with the sales team. 
  • Responsible for site warehouse inventory process, including proper receiving of product, re-packs, negative report cleanup, replenishment,  and month end inventory counts.  
  • Evaluate and manage staff performance, which includes coaching, training, and corrective action as needed.   Manage internal staff relations in compliance with Parkland policies and procedures and state and federal laws.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to recognize opportunities to improve the business results and/or profitability.  
  • Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress, and crisis situations.
  • Record of success driving an efficient and profitable department. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of back-office software preferred i.e. PDI, SAP, Oracle, etc.
