Planner/Scheduler

Parse Biosciences is looking for a Production/Supply Planner to coordinate and schedule production activities ensuring timely delivery of products within budget and quality standards. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply and production plans.

Skills

Understanding of production processes in a laboratory setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in a GMP environment preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

Create consolidated demand plans based on sales forecasts
Maintain the master production schedule considering inventory levels and demand
Develop a daily activity plan supporting production requirements
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
Review completed batch records for variances
Communicate exceptions to stakeholders and seek guidance to resolve discrepancies

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Or 4+ years of experience as a planner/scheduler in a similar environment
