We've got what you're looking for.Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Business Operations Manager to join our team! In this role you will support the business operations of the PMO. Utilize and set up SharePoint on the customer network to maintain all business operations to include but not limited to:• Staffing Roster submittal, CDRL submittal and tracker, Award fee data, SOP's (standard operating procedures), travel logs, etc• Work with the PM and Program TTMs on risk register formatting and data capture• Consolidate monthly Kudos, weekly reports, technical accomplishment reports for the PMO. Work with leadership on tracking metrics and quantifiable input for IW CPEA• Transfer all low side Business Operations communication to the customer network and socialize communications to the team• Help standardize approach to the PMO communications and change management plans to a team that stretches across multiple locations• Attend employee site visits and team meetings monthlyAttend Weekly Operations meetings with the PMO and keep an Action Tracker and Meeting notes for the submittal to the COR/Mission managers.• Communicate with Mission Managers/COR/TCOR's as needed• Assist with providing MH Resource Management across the portfolio organizing all staffing data and key points, like dates for the security processing, and onboarding, tracking metrics• Assist the PMO develop business operations efficiencies and process improvements• Assist in developing SOP's and knowledge articles to organize all processes across the portfolio and create a standardized approach to follow for Program leadership• Participate in resource management / staffing efforts across the portfolio• Support the identification and creation of Staffing data visualization tool. Identify which staffing data is most impactful and develop a tool that can provide such information in a meaningful, impactful way.Required:• Bachelor's Degree• MS Office Proficiency, to include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint• 10+ years of related professional experience• TS SCI w/ poly requiredINFESTEDMinimum Clearance Required to Start:Top Secret SCI w/PolygraphThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.Our Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
