Truck Team Members - Customer Service, Driver & Labor
Hiring Immediately for Saturdays & Part-time Weekdays

• Hours: 7am or 9am start until the last job is finished (typically 7am-4pm or 9am-6pm). We operate 6-days a week Mon-Sat!
• Pay: Truck Team Members average $17-$23+/hr (all-in with base pay, bonuses, & great tips on every paycheck). Our top Truck Team Members avg $20+/hr and are paid weekly. We offer other great incentives.

• Each shift starts at our office located near Polk State College, where you’ll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day
• You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes, businesses and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities

About you:

• 23+ years of age (required for insurance purposes); 18+ for non-drivers
• Valid driver’s license & good driving record (past 3 years)
• A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
• Previous customer service, sales, labor, warehouse, hospitality, and/or driving experience is a plus!
