Part time Operations Assistant

We are now looking for a Part-time Operations Assistant, part of our corporate team based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities :

Handle enquiries from corporate customers and provide appropriate solutions in office

Assist in monitoring daily operations of corporate orders placed via Lalamove up to completion

Provide administrative support to the team

Attend outdoor counter frequently

Requirements :

Fluent in spoken as well as written Cantonese and English
Self-motivated, able to perform multi-tasks and work independently
Basic computer skills are required.Positive, responsible and detail-minded
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Students are welcome, tertiary students will be preferred

Wage: $60(in office) , $70(outdoor/office night duties)

Available to work for 3 - 4 days per week will be preferred(work on Saturday is necessary)
Working hours: 0930 - 2130 (may adjust according to manpower needs)
The actual working days will be arranged after your marked your availability.
Be punctual Immediate available is preferred
Working location: Lai Chi Kok (Next to MTR Station)

Salary: From $60.00 per hour
