Position Summary
A large piece of Agiloft’s overall growth is expected to come through our trusted partners. There is so much opportunity here that we need someone on the marketing side to own the marketing initiatives on this critical front.
This person will lead all partner marketing initiatives. We have technology partners, resellers, and implementation partners who all work closely with the Agiloft team. These partners need resources to fully understand the value of Agiloft and new products so they can bring that value to customers.

Develop and execute the partner marketing plan to drive demand to achieve revenue targets, with responsibility for budgeting, success metrics, and reporting.

Collaborate with internal marketing, customer advocacy, and partnership teams to integrate and align the channel partner marketing approach with strategic plans.

Develop and implement operational processes to capture, handoff, and report on demand that is sent to the partner team.
- Conduct research and gather insights into partner and market behavior, motivations, and attributions to determine new marketing approaches and optimal routes to market.

Design and implement partner marketing initiatives and campaigns such as webinars, podcasts, blogs, infographics, e-books, whitepapers, events, social, etc to support and deliver strong revenue growth.

Launch partner campaigns through various channels with the intention of increasing product awareness and capturing demand from these channels.

Grow opportunities and pipelines sourced from our partner marketing program.
- Evaluate marketing performance from our partners and recommend improvements.
- Understand our partner base and trends within and bring ideas to the new logo team based on learnings

Understand industry trends and how we can align with partners to make our relationship mutually beneficial

7 plus years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company, with at least years in partner marketing.

BS/BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent.
- Shown success in executing partner campaigns and programs with measurable ROI metrics.
- Professional presence with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Self-driven with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing automation software, preferably HubSpot or Marketo.

Basic understanding of CRM solution – preferably Salesforce.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The US base salary range for this position is $130,000 -$150,000 (excluding bonus, equity, and benefits). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
