Partner Marketing Manager

Reporting to Coda's Product & Partner Marketing Lead as a member of our Core Marketing Team, you'll work with motivated makers from all walks of life—from soloists building businesses by developing Coda solutions, to large enterprises partnering on deep Coda integrations. You will translate strategic insight into vision and action, elegantly navigate internal and external organizations, take hands-on execution, craft compelling stories, produce scaled solutions, and create mutual value exchange for Coda and for partners of all sizes.

 

In this role you will:

  • Launch and scale growth motions and co-marketing across our broad community of makers (especially those looking to monetize their solutions built on Coda), serving as the primary driver of marketing activations with larger-scale integration partners, and developing and refining the story for why businesses should build on Coda.
  • Lead successful go-to-market launch processes, from incorporating partner POV into product solutions and messaging, to maintaining steady project rhythm through launches, and on to measuring impact and refining strategies for future launches
  • Contribute to meaningful inbound research with our partners and market, and create understanding across go-to-market, product, design, partnerships, and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrate go-to-market finesse in positioning, messaging, and timing, while helping Coda connect with and hype-up new audiences.
  • Excite and empower partners to co-tell the Coda story, and to equip partners and their teams with the assets and guidance needed to engender growth while ensuring brand and messaging consistency
  • Use Coda as an authentic maker, and join us in refining our product and long-term bets

 

In the past you’ll have demonstrated:

  • 3 or more years experience positioning B2B SaaS solutions; formal partner marketing experience is a bonus
  • Success motivating diverse partners
  • A sense for identifying opportunities for mutual value exchange
  • A love of productivity tools
  • Experience creating compelling content and messaging.
  • Enduring partnerships; your past partners still sing your praises to this day
  • Experience bringing clarity to complex situations
