What it's aboutThe Marketing Compliance Analyst will be part of a global team that reviews all marketing presentations promoting the firm's services and products. The position will involve providing vital support to the compliance review of marketing materials; creating, managing, and maintaining internal policies; and constant learning, particularly international marketing laws (e.g., SEC, FINRA, and ESMA regulations). Additionally, it will require a high level of responsibility, managing workflow within the team, and collaboration with external teams. Through intensive training, the Marketing Compliance Analyst will become an expert in issues affecting marketing presentations across multiple jurisdictions worldwide.Primary Tasks:• Supporting the team with the review of marketing materials• Providing key support to internal teams across multiple time-zones• Creating, managing, and maintaining internal policies• Responsible for report generating, data gathering, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures• Working as part of a world-wide team effort to implement such standards to the firm's Annual General Meeting Working on global projects• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure adherence to review standardsWhat we expect• Bachelor's degree or at least three years of experience working in law, audit, or compliance• FINRA series 7 and 24 licenses are a plus• Fast learner with strong analytical, methodical, and problem-solving skills• Exceptional organization skills• Attention to detail, able to spot errors and give solution-oriented feedback to colleagues of all levels• Focused on results, seek out responsibility and able to respond promptly to changes• Excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively• Excellent language skills in English, additional languages are a plus• Ability to build excellent working relationships with internal counterparts is key• Able to work independently, implement processes and procedures successfullyWhat we offerPartners Group is a global financial institution that retains the culture, pace and agility of a start-up.
