Partnership Delivery Manager

Our Partnership Delivery team is responsible for ensuring Notable's customers achieve the value promise, which extends from understanding the current state (baselines), architecting the deployment and adoption of the Notable platform, orchestrating external and internal resources, and demonstrating value capture. Individuals in this role are generalist problem-solvers that will build experience across EHRs and solution areas. Key customer counterparts include C-suite executive, VPs, operational leads, and IT leads & analysts.

You'll...

  • Understand customer's strategic priorities and "why" they partnered with Notable
  • Understand the current state workflows and outcomes to set reasonable goals
  • Own the success of our customers, obsessing to ensure they realize Notable's full value and regularly communicate ROI
  • Architect and own project plan for the deployment to maximize value delivery (ROI)
  • Coordinate across the appropriate internal and external resources to get the job done
  • Assess account health (red/yellow/green), major risks and enablers
  • Engage with business leaders to identify opportunities to expand impact and inform our product roadmap (new capabilities) or pass leads to Sales (existing capabilities)
  • As account moves into stabilization, transition ownership to Support and Account Management
  • Help turn customers into Notable evangelists and build a vibrant community of champions

You're a great fit because you...

  • have 7+ years of customer success, management consulting, or implementation at a health system, payer, EHR company, or third party in the healthcare IT space
  • have experience understanding health system / customer needs and translating them into achievable goals & impact drivers;
  • have the ability to translate technical concepts to a variety of audiences from technical to operational to executive;
  • are passionate about supporting and transforming customers' experience
  • are flexible with travel up to 20% for customer and company meetings
