Parts Counter Sales Peterbilt

Peterbilt Truck Parts & Equipment is a full-service Peterbilt Motors Company dealership in Sparks, Nevada. Since 1943, our dealership has stood for value, integrity, and excellent customer service. We are your one-stop shop for buying, leasing, outfitting, and servicing your trucks and trailers.

We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of Parts Counter Salesperson. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answer multi-line phone system, assist walk-in customers as well as technicians with parts purchases or information requests
• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging all customers
• Record information carefully and identify needed parts using the most efficient method
• Determine availability and price information and document this information as necessary
• Provide part to customer from stock, procuring locally or creating a parts order as directed
• Other duties as assigned

This is a full-time, Tuesday thru Friday, 09:00 AM- 06:00 PM, and Saturday 08:00 AM- 5:00 PM, hourly-based pay position.

• Must have at least one year of verifiable employment
• Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Parts experience is preferred but not required.
• Heavy-duty truck experience is a plus.
• Experience in Customer Service
• Communications skills
