PARTS WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSILIBITIES:

Oversees the complete receiving processes
Repackaging of the material to the required order size.
Overseeing Dealer Return Process
Put away the material to the right location
Effective manage WMS Processes: location accuracy, Route efficiency and overall aging of the materials.
Inventory Count and its management
Perform SAP transactions and analysis.
People and Process Safety
Maintain and manage effective cost control
Effective written and verbal communication with cross functional team.

REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the following elements required:

Excellent communication skills to be able to converse with fellow employees and dealers via in person, phone and email.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language is required.
Ability to speak Spanish
Minimum 2-4 years of warehouse experience – Receiving process, Warehouse Management count experience in the wholesale or retail industry
Thorough knowledge on Warehouse Process Safety.
Ability to drive Standups, Sit down forklift and Part Picker
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Programs, (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Ability to operation in SAP , working experience in SAP WMS.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Excellent attention to detail to complete check-in of all incoming shipments
Excellent Organizational skills to be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of shipping programs for major carriers (Fed-Ex, UPS, Lone Star, DHL, etc)
Ability to work in a team environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Managing and supervising a team
Associate Degree required or graduate
