We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst with expertise in Stripe and commission management systems like Xactly, Spiff, or similar tools. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing, integrating, and supporting our financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy across our organization. Familiarity with other platforms such as Sage Intacct, Power BI, Rippling, and Oro CRM is a plus, but not required.
System Optimization & Integration:
Configure, maintain, and enhance Stripe and a commission system to streamline billing, revenue recognition, and commission calculations.
Integrate financial systems with the ERP (Sage Intacct), HRIS (Rippling), and CRM (Oro) to ensure seamless data flow.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions leveraging system capabilities.
Develop workflows and automation to reduce manual processes and improve reporting accuracy.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports in Power BI for financial and operational insights.
Support the FP&A team with ad-hoc reporting needs and ensure accuracy in data aggregation across systems.
System Administration:
Act as the primary administrator for financial systems, troubleshooting issues, managing user access, and implementing updates or upgrades.
Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuity.
Training & Support:
Provide training and ongoing support to finance and accounting teams on system functionalities and best practices.
Required Experience:
Proficiency with Stripe and a commission management system (e.g., Xactly, Spiff, or similar).
Strong understanding of financial processes, including billing, revenue recognition, and commission structures.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with ERP systems like Sage Intacct and CRM systems like Oro CRM.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling.
Competency in building reports and dashboards in Power BI.
General Skills:
Proven experience in financial systems administration, implementation, or integration.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
