Juniper Square

At Juniper Square, we have four employee resource groups (ERGs) to help our employees work together to create an environment that is safe, supportive, inclusive, and educational. Our ERGs support specific Underrepresented Persons (URPs) or Minorities who are our employees, offer resources, support, education, help for those communities within the broader company context, and sets up a path for our ERG to engage with external communities and non-profits.  

- Womxn's ERG mission: To cultivate and promote an inclusive environment that supports its womxn to advance their professional and personal growth, including but not limited to advancing their skills, knowledge, and leadership through personal connection, guided mentorship, intentional collaboration, and provocative discussion. 

- People of color ERG mission: To promote inclusivity, professional development, mentoring, and leadership opportunities for underrepresented minorities at Juniper Square and create a safe environment to help underrepresented minorities feel supported and heard.

- LGBTQIA ERG mission: To promote an inclusive and safe community for employees identifying with non-traditional expressions of gender and sexuality. The group will engage in dialogue, bring awareness, and serve as a resource to allies of the community.

- Community Impact ERG mission: To create and organize hands-on opportunities for all Juniper Square employees around the communities where we work and live -  providing support for anyone who wants to make an impact in their local community.
