Patent Advisor - job 2 of 2

• Collaborate with the Business, Technology and Legal teams to drive the best course of action regarding patent memos of interest
• Act as focal points for knowledge on formulations, products and patent landscape across multiple business segments
• Directly conduct or guide technology colleagues on approaches that will maximize the value of their IP contributions
• Review 3rd party patents across existing and emerging areas & to advise the business on next steps
• Provide market insight to Marketing in order to drive the 3+ year Technology strategy
• Maximize value from IP digital tools
• Develop and conduct training / best practices for infringement risk assessment, patent generation, agreements
• Any other additional responsibilities as assigned
