Our Business Development Manager leads the market for environmental, energy, quality assurance, and safety services. This role is responsible for coordinating market activities and deeply engaging with multi-level clients to identify opportunities for growth and to provide solutions.

You'll play a critical role in coordinating market activities and engaging deeply with multi-level clients, all while advocating for the innovative solutions we provide. Your day-to-day will include everything from face-to-face meetings and phone calls to networking opportunities, as you seek to grow the business both through new clients and expanding services to existing ones. Proficiency in client support, strategic engagement, and detailed sales planning will be key to your success. You'll also collaborate closely with strategic partners to uncover potential leads and coordinate with various teams to ensure exactly what our clients need. It's a team-oriented environment that values integrity, professionalism, and fun! So, if you have a BS or BA degree (or equivalent experience), at least a year in customer service or sales (with over three years being preferable), and possess fantastic communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
