Position Summary: Reporting to the Assistant Director of Access Services, oversees the daily operations of multiple departments to manage access across entities. Establishes business objectives, manages performance and resources. Oversees JHM appointment scheduling, registration, referral management, and messaging operations. Overall responsibilities include overseeing staffing, schedule adherence, quality, and training of staff. Works with clinic leadership to implement strategies to improve patient care and advance practice management; works with providers to break down barriers to scheduling. Aligns practice management and call center activities necessary to meet Patient Access standards. Oversees the management of templates, updates and refines scheduling protocols. Works to improve engagement of staff members. Liaison to multiple stakeholders to include talent management, financial clearance, training, quality assurance, analytics, and process improvement.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration or Health Science and Policy required.
Directly related experience beyond the work experience requirement may be considered in lieu of education on a 2:1 basis.
Experience- Call center operations and management techniques which are generally acquired during four
(4) years of progressively more responsible management experience in such an environment.
