Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
This position is eligible for University Physicians work from home program.
High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.
Two (2) years of clerical experience; education may be used in lieu of experience.
Skills: Analytical skills
Ability to follow concise direction, both written and verbal.
Excellent telephone and communication skills.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn.
Ability to function as a team member.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Ability to compose professional correspondence for internal and external customers.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Able to maintain a professional demeanor, communication and dress at all times.
Convey a positive attitude.
Mental requirements: Ability to receive and convey written and verbally communicated information.
Physical Requirements: Ability to remain seated at desk for most of/entire-working shift (excluding lunch/breaks) if required to meet responsibilities for a particular day.
Be able to use telephone, and other office equipment. Ability to receive & convey written/verbal communicated information. Ability to analyze complex mathematical problems. Understand and use standard database and spreadsheet software on PC effectively.
