Patient Service Representative

The Crescent Center for Mental Health Services is looking for a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills that can assist the office staff in our Child/Adolescent and Adult clinics. Responsibilities include arriving patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and triaging appropriately, monitoring patient records, co-pay collection, verifying and monitoring insurances, and additional office procedures as needed.

Hours are:

Monday 730am-3pm

Tuesday 730am-3pm

Wednesday 1230pm-730pm

Thursday 1pm-730pm

Friday 730am-430pm

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with Medical terminology
• Basic computer skills to include Google, EPIC knowledge a plus
• Must be able to prioritize workload as well as multi task
• Excellent communication skills
