What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree; Nursing Degree (RN, NP, PA) with licensure in state in which he/she resides
- 2+ years Patient Services Coordinator or Liaison experience or 2+ years of Pharmaceutical experience
- Building strong relationships, collaborate and identify trends for all stakeholders
- Understanding of patient privacy laws including HIPAA and similar state laws.
- Must pass all required company certifications and/or oral board exams as needed
- Must adhere to all company policy and compliance regulations
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously and reprioritize where necessary
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Complex Specialty products experience (such as Psoriasis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Crohns, MS, Orphan Diseases, Biologics, Medical Devices, Oncology, Transplant, Infusion)
- Understanding of product and payer reimbursement landscape and prior authorization guidelines and processes
- Basic understanding of specialty pharmacy providers preferred
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $ 118,400.00 to 177,600.00 a year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
