A company is looking for a Director, FP&A.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and continuously improve core FP&A processes globally• Oversee development of people, processes, and systems of the FP&A team• Own the preparation and refinement of financial reports and drive process improvementsRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field• Extensive experience in FP&A or similar roles• Prior team/people leadership experience• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and budgeting principles• Highly competent working with financial planning tools and software
