• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required.
• A strong commitment to customer service and a positive, engaging personality.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and good computer literacy.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
