Your Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant product information.
• Document interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our service and processes.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on our products and customer service strategies.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
• A strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
