Your Responsibilities

Moderate and review social media content in your Nordic language.
Ensure adherence to community standards and promote a safe online experience.
Quickly identify and report inappropriate content or behavior.
Engage with the online community to encourage positive interactions.
Provide valuable feedback and insights to enhance moderation processes.
Collaborate with your team to maintain a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English is essential.
A strong interest in social media and online community management.
Prior experience in content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
