Document customer interactions accurately to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, particularly within the travel or hospitality sector is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor when interacting with customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
