Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients regarding subscription services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with subscription inquiries, billing questions, and account management.

- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding queries.
- Educate clients about service features, benefits, and policy changes.
- Conduct outreach to subscribers for feedback and suggestions to improve service offerings.
- Collaborate with the product team to address customer needs and improve service quality.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in subscription-based or membership services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer queries.
- Flexibility to work on varied shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
