This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for travel and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients from the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary inquiries, and general travel-related questions.
• Provide support during the booking process, guiding customers through options and ensuring clarity.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers to resolve any issues and ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, promotions, and company offerings.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive service records.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in the travel or tourism sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for travel and helping others plan their experiences.
