We are currently seeking Nordic Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a positive and engaging online environment for Nordic-speaking users by moderating content and enhancing community interactions across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
- Engage with users through comments and direct messages, providing timely and professional responses to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the relevant teams.
- Research current trends and interests within the Nordic-speaking community to improve user engagement.
- Collaborate with content creation teams to develop high-quality, relevant material that resonates with users.
- Generate reports on user interactions and content performance to inform strategic direction.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in social media trends and platform policies to ensure effective moderation practices.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in social media moderation or community management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to address sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
