Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls from customers requesting roadside assistance.
• Provide clear and concise communication in Dutch, addressing customer needs effectively.
• Collaborate with local service providers to arrange prompt solutions for clients.
• Maintain a professional and calm demeanor while managing emergency situations.
• Accurately document all interactions and solutions in the required systems.
• Engage with team members to enhance service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Experience with remote work environments is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications.
