German Speaking IT Representatives with full relocation - Remote in Greece

As a German Speaking IT Representative, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients, assisting them with a variety of IT issues and inquiries. Your expertise in troubleshooting technical problems and your commitment to customer service will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality IT support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
Assist customers with product setup, installations, and upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
Collaborate with the technical support team to continuously improve service delivery.
Gather and report customer feedback to enhance user experience.

Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required.
Previous experience in IT support or a technical role is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Able to effectively troubleshoot and solve problems under pressure.
Technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and customer service practices.
Willingness to relocate to Greece with all relocation expenses covered by the company.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
