Responsibilities

Evaluate and moderate user-generated content for compliance with established community guidelines.
Respond to user inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.
Detect and report any content that violates community standards or poses risks to users.
Compile insights on user interactions to enhance the overall community experience.
Stay up-to-date with brand policies and best practices to ensure high-quality moderation standards.
Coordinate with team members to develop strategies for improving moderation processes.
Provide constructive feedback on user behavior and trends to better inform community initiatives.

Proficiency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English language skills will be an advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on service-oriented attitude.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation tools.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze user-generated content effectively.
Professional approach to managing sensitive information and interactions with community members.
Prior experience in content moderation, online community management, or customer service is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being a proactive team player.
