Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding high-end coffee machines and their functionalities.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Guide customers step-by-step through product setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Provide accurate information about product features, promotions, and services.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the level of service provided.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
  • Knowledge of high-end consumer products, particularly coffee machines, is advantageous.
