Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat communications in Polish.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products and services.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage inquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and performance.
• Stay informed about the latest electronic products and industry trends.

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with electronics products is a plus.
• Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
