In this role, you will provide exceptional support to users, assisting them through instant messaging as they navigate their social media experiences. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via instant messaging on various social media platforms in Polish.
• Promptly resolve user inquiries using a friendly and professional communication style.
• Guide users in optimizing their social media experiences and utilizing features effectively.
• Document interactions and provide feedback for service improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform changes to offer informed support.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality and user satisfaction.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar support role is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and instant messaging applications.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
