Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients from your home office.
• Manage inquiries and support requests via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
• Document customer interactions and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Participate in training and self-development to continuously enhance your skill set.

• Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable and efficient working in a remote environment.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer care.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture.
