Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality IT support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks.
Provide clear instructions and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Document all support interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and case resolution efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with company offerings and industry developments to provide informed assistance.
Engage in continuous professional development to enhance technical skills.

Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in IT support or customer service is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
A positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping customers.
Eligibility to work remotely from Greece.
