Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking users of our technology products.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues through phone, email, and chat interactions.
Educate customers on using our products effectively to enhance their overall experience.
Document all support interactions and solutions for ongoing learning and improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex queries and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in continuous training to develop your technical skills and knowledge of our products.

Fluent in Dutch (both verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in technical support or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
